I've searched through this and other forums and I can't get my outgoing internet email format to be "FirstName.LastName@Domain.com", unless I add it to the person document in the name and address book.
It insists on using "FirstName_LastName.Domain@Domain.com"
I've cleared the person document of internet address.
Made sure it's not specified in the location document.
Created (and re-created in case corrupt) a domain document and told it to be a global domain document. Set the conversion to CN, use dot seperator, None for domain inclusion. The example it gives looks good. The options for domain either left or right the @ symbol is set to left. If I change this to right, it changes the mail format to "FirstName_LastName@Domain.Domain.com". Don't know where it's getting it from.
I've set it as the default global domain document.
Set Lookup names and enabled exhaustive lookups.
I'm stumped! Is this a bug? Does anyone have a checklist that I can go through or every possible thing that could affect this?
Thanks
